Holly worked with the Chicago Chapter of the Conscious Capitalist Organization developing and creating programs and bringing in speakers and is on the Host Committee for the National Organization. She has studied conscious companies and conscious leaders. Her passion is working with organizations and leaders to create work ecosystems that engage the employees, take care of the community and the environment, with the end result being increased sales and profit.
She has three grown sons, two who started a Logistics company in 2016, one lives in Chicago and two in Austin. She enjoys her yoga and ballet, and loves hula hooping, swimming, biking and walking. She volunteers in organizations that help young men and women in inner city school programs.
She started an organization in Chicago called Women In Catering and produced events for over 16 years that were a springboard for many new companies to become successful. She was the architect for the premier Bridal Event in Chicago in the 1990's, Chicago's Magnificent Bride.

Sandy was born in Detroit and embodies the saying, "Detroit Hustles Harder". Add in a dash of Motown, the arts, the parks and the great outdoors. A smidgen of the Lions and Tigers: then Bears and Bronco's, you can follow where she's relocated and now lives. She is married, has two grown daughters and a teenage son, one returned from Boston with her MLA, one in Denver running a mother & daughter business, and the son at home in the burbs. Leaving corporate America after 20+ years, she is harnessing her entrepreneurial spirit, helping companies succeed while enjoying her passions of good friends, good books, good food and excellent wine.
